We have answered some of the most frequently asked questions about the Konjice Marathon.
Did I register successfully?
We are accepting applications on our website until the date, determined in the relevant tender, or until the maximum possible number of applications is reached. Only the applications that are made through online application form will be accepted, and only paid applications will be considered as successfully registered for the marathon.
After submitting your application through the online application form, you will receive a confirmatory message on your e-mail in no more than two days. It will include information on how to make payment with the correct reference. You will make payment on the bank account with the number SI56 6100 0000 5449 322.
We ask you to read the confirmatory message carefully and let us know of possible mistakes by e-mail to teci@konjiskimaraton.si.
If you have not received the confirmatory message, it means you have entered the wrong e-mail when submitting your application OR that you have received the e-mail under the Promotions order or that it went in the Spam folder.
You will receive the invoice after the marathon on your e-mail.
How to properly make a prepayment fee?
Payment for participating in Konjice Marathon can be carried out by UPN form physically or electronically.
Step 1: After submitting your application through the application form, you will receive a confirmatory message to your contact e-mail which will include confirmation of the application and all necessary instructions on how to pay the starting fee.
Step 2: Fill in the UPN form in physically or electronically with the information that you have received from us to your e-mail. Carry out the payment in online bank or physically in places where you can pay UPN forms.

Where and when do I get the confirmation notice to pick up my starting number?
You will receive the confirmation notice to pick up your starting number no later than Friday before the Konjice Marathon to e-mail that you have given in the application form.
Pickup of starting numbers will be possible only by presenting a copy of confirmation notice that will be stating your starting number. You can show the notice also on your mobile device.
Detailed instructions for runners participating in the Konjice Marathon will be sent out the week before the event to your e-mail.

I am already signed up for the marathon and have paid the starting fee, but I want to change the route length. What can I do?
You can change the route for any other, if that route has not yet reached the maximum number of runners. You can change it no later than until the applications are closed. Changes can be made by writing to our e-mail address teci@konjiskimaraton.si. Send us your name, surname and on which route you would like to run.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the marathon. Can I ask to get my money back?
Cancellations and returns of the starting fee without a doctor’s notice are possible only till 31st of August. After this date, cancelations are possible only with a doctor’s note. Last day for filing in the claim with a doctor’s notice is the first Tuesday after the Konjice Marathon. In both cases, there is an administrative fee in the amount of €10 charged.
I have found out I will not be able to attend the marathon. Can somebody else run instead of me?
If you decide that somebody else will run instead of you, you should inform us about the changes no later than until the applications are closed. In the message that you send to our e-mail teci@konjiskimaraton.si, forward us your info and the info of the runner that will run instead of you (name, surname, gender, date of birth, route, phone number, e-mail and t-shirt size). If the new runner wishes to run on another route and that route has already reached the maximum number, change is unfortunately not possible anymore. Changes in t-shirt size and the model according to the gender will be made only if you let us know of the change no later than 30 days before the marathon. Changes made after this date will be taken into account till the applications are closed and will be seen on the starting number. After the applications are closed, there can unfortunately be no changes made anymore.
Your applications are already closed. Can I give my application to somebody else?
Changes on the starting number (name, route etc.) after the applications are closed are unfortunately not possible to be made. Participation on the marathon under another name is extremely unwanted since it brings multiple problems with the result measurements. In the event that somebody is running under another name, we are forced to disqualify the runner.
Can I change the t-shirt size?
All changes of the t-shirt size can be made till registration is open. You can edit this on the link you received in the confirmation email after registration.
